Shocking and upsetting experience with Klaus This morning I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a dentist. The owner, Klaus, treated me in a way that was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in empathy. Instead of listening to me as a patient, he spoke down to me, refused to let me reply, and ultimately kicked me out of his room. I left in tears, feeling humiliated. I had gone there expecting care and professionalism, but was instead told he does not want to treat “patients like me.” I was shocked by this behaviour — especially from a medical professional — and I would not recommend this practice to anyone who expects respect, compassion, and proper communication from their dentist.
