Lægerne Søndre Fasanvej

Elendigt sted. Over 2 dage ringede jeg 12 gange til dem i deres telefontid og alle gange blev jeg mødt med "Alle linjer er optaget, prøv igen senere"... Man kan simpelthen ikke komme igennem til dem. Og de er røv ligeglade. Jeg endte med at måtte skrive til lægen for at få en tid, og der var ikke så meget som et "beklager" fra dem... Deres behandling var heller ikke imponerende... Skulle presse på for at blive sendt videre til nærmere undersøgelse. Er glad for at jeg skifter læge lige om lidt.

Dygtige og empatiske læger. Besidder de ikke kompetencer opsøges disse, eller der henvises. Venligt og imødekommende personale. De har været min families læger i 16 år og jeg er fuldt tilfreds. Der er gode muligheder online for fornyelse af recepter, bestilling af tid og akutte tider dagligt via tlf.

Har været patient hos dem i 3 år, og skifter simpelthen nu. Man kan aldrig komme i kontakt med dem, og venter i kø i sindssyg lang tid. Der er altid en ny der tager telefonen, og sidder i receptionen. De er sindssygt uhjælpesomme. Frygteligt sted!

Man kan ikke komme gennem tlf. Har ventet 1 time 45 min Så tar de tlf og siger de vil ringe tilbage. Men ringer selvfølgelig ikke. Må ringe dem op igen dagen efter.

Impossible to reach over the phone. Always voicemail and there is to much noise on the background to understand the speaker plus the speaker speaks to quickly. Even Danish (speaking people) have trouble understanding it. I was lucky enough to get a time that instand but had to rush through traffic leaving my work immediately to be able to get to the appoinment. The doctor wanted me out as quick as possible, quickest examination ever. She told me to go to physiotherapist for a diagnosis regarding my backpain. When I asked for more information regarding which physiotherapists, how the physiotherapist knows my anamnesis from today´s visit and how to get a information about work related accident. She told me to look it up on the internet. She didn´t even want to give me the sites where to find these general information because we went 4!! minutes overtime. Otherwise I could always send them a mail.... Another time when I already was lying ill in bed with corona for over a week. They called me to say I had covid 19 and had to isolate myself from others. It´s a good thing that the sundhed.dk and the Danish autorities had already contacted me. Which is sad to hear that they have better personal relations with the public than your local "around the corner" doctor. If this is the service you provide no wonder people look on the internet to google their symptomes and have no trust in there doctors anymore. This is coming from someone who never puts bad reviews on the internet even when they are bad, but this was next level.
