Very unprofessional experience. I had a mole that I was concerned about, but the doctor did not consider it necessary to remove it at the time and suggested that I return in approximately 2.5 months. I sought a second medical opinion, and the other doctor considered it sufficiently concerning to refer me for prompt surgical removal and biopsy. What disappointed me even more was the follow-up. When I informed him about the situation, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously. As I was abroad, I requested a video consultation. However, when he joined the consultation, he simply told me that he needed to see me in person. He did not ask about what had happened with the mole, whether it had been removed, or what the biopsy results were. Given the significant difference between his assessment and the second doctor's recommendation, combined with the lack of follow-up, I lost confidence in the care I was receiving and decided to change doctor.
