I had to wait 8weeks for a video consultation for my daughter, which is a baby, and at the time point she was napping. The doctor said it was not necessary to wake her up and that I could send pictures of her skin right after and he would reply right away. It turned out he NEVER replied to my messages, even though I sent many mails and called several times. This is such an unprofessional behavior and lack of empathy. I would give zero hearts if I could.
