Very incompetent, unprofessional and arrogant staff. Stay away! They clearly misdiagnosed me, I tried to talk to Anna, the receptionist, to get another consultation and discuss the incorrect diagnosis with the doctor; maybe there’s made a unintentional mistake but talking to Anna, is like talking to a brick wall. She is incredibly rude and arrogant. Don’t expect to get examined, treated or advised by proper medical professionals; Anna, the phone girl, is apparently deemed qualified enough to diagnose and suggest treatments. This place is a joke and might cost you your life since diagnosing patients correctly is not their priority, selling Botox is. The poor reviews + the fact that clinic Skønvirke is basically one of the few places where you can get an appointment in a few weeks instead of waiting months is a clear red flag to stay away from this place!
