Godt Smil Tandlægerne Nørreport

I pulled my wisdom tooth out. The doctor said it could be hurt. And he pulled it out. It was really quick like one second and didn't hurt at all because already it has come up completely as like normal teeth. And I paid 2000dkk. The doctor only said it could be hurt and it was charged 350dkk as a consultation???????? To pull out the tooth, it was charged 1300dkk.I was shocked and will never come back again.

Please, DONT GO. Words fall short - Creates Dental anxiety, they stabbed through my lip with a needle and since promised to make everything right - just to leave me to dry after 2.5 months. After a tooth removed starting off with an flamboyant dentist stabbing me, by accident, into my lip, where I have to point out the mistake to little care or responsibility, I try to return a few days later in severe pain and after recommendation from the hospital, trying to get an urgency appointment to no help. I was treated like a stabbed that had to wait my turn, not a patient in need of urgent care and attention. I had to go to another dentist who highly criticised the treatment I had gotten (or not gotten). The surgery was done well but the after-treatment, lack of any advice, not seeing my in time of absolute horrific pain. He was baffled. Following is the most bizarre and irresponsible months where staff at Godt Smil calls me up including the leader of the facility tries to clean their hands all together with not at all caring for me as a patient, compensating me in any way or respecting my time. I waited 2 months for a nightguard for my teeth which was ordered before the operation which never came and all promised compensation didn't arrive either. I now see that they transfered my money back for the missing nightguard after months of waiting and after having talked to several staff members including the leader all promising me to assist and help, only to go silent. I haven't heard from them since even though promises to return to me was made by 3 independent people at Godt Smil. Running a business myself, I understand how a lack of integrated systems, being busy etc can cause issues but this is beyond. So many promises and nice words followed up by no action and a huge waste of my time in a state where I was the most vulnable. Shame on you, Godt Smil Tandlægerne København (Nørreport). WTF and all other words can't describe how much I despise how you have treated me, a paying customer and one that trusted you. Picture of me when they couldn't find an urgent time for me. The hospital urged my to find another dentist or go directly to the emergency part of the hospital. I have full papertrail of the 2.5 months of hell including conversations promising me compensation I have never recieved, failed promises of action followed by absolutely inaction. I am now left with the biggest distrust of dentist, fear of eventuel next treatment (never going back to that horrible place) and the feeling of a business that think that they can just ignore any negative feedback and lie to patient. Well I might look weak on that picture but you will see some strength heron out when I champion this case forward. I am not in pain anymore and I am beyond pissed.
